FAQ
Answersbefore you buy.
Licensing
What is the difference between Regular and Extended?
Regular covers one end product you own and operate. Extended allows SaaS / chargeable end products and multiple end products under one purchase.
Do I get the full source code?
Yes. Every purchase includes full frontend and backend source, documentation, and lifetime updates.
Can I buy on behalf of a client?
Yes. Agencies typically use the Extended license when reselling customized builds or operating SaaS for clients.
Checkout & delivery
How does checkout work?
You choose a product and license on Rapidcodes, then complete payment with Stripe Checkout. After payment you’ll see a confirmation page and receive a Stripe receipt by email.
When do I get the download?
After a successful payment, open Account (sign in with the checkout email) to view your purchase code, download the package, and open the Stripe invoice/receipt. Contact hello@rapidcodes.io if you need help.
Do you offer refunds?
Because these are digital source products, refunds are evaluated case-by-case within 14 days if the product is demonstrably broken and support cannot resolve it. See Terms for details.
Support & updates
What support is included?
Six months of dedicated support from the Rapidcodes team for setup questions, bug reports, and guidance. Custom feature work is available as a paid service.
Are updates free?
Yes. Lifetime updates are included with your license. Changelogs are published on each product page.
Can you install or customize the template for us?
Absolutely. Visit Services for installation, customization, and full custom development options.
Hosting & tech
What hosting do I need?
A standard VPS or cloud instance for the Laravel backend, plus Firebase / maps / AI API keys as documented per product. We can advise during onboarding.
Can I rebrand everything?
Yes. Logos, colors, fonts, and package IDs are designed to be swapped without rewriting the architecture.
